Important Notice
Deleting your account is permanent and irreversible. All your data, including your profile, deals, bookings, and uploaded images will be permanently deleted.
How to Delete Your Account
To delete your Junto Go account, please follow these steps within the mobile application:
Open the Junto Go App
Launch the Junto Go application on your mobile device and ensure you are logged in to your account.
Go to Your Profile
Tap on the "Account" tab in the bottom navigation bar to access your profile page.
Scroll Down to Find Delete Account
Scroll to the bottom of your profile page. You will see a "Delete Account" button below the "Sign Out" button.
Tap Delete Account
Tap the "Delete Account" button. A confirmation dialog will appear asking you to confirm your decision.
Confirm Deletion
You will be asked to confirm twice for safety. After the final confirmation, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
What Data Will Be Deleted?
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Profile Information - Your name, email, phone number, and avatar
- Your Deals - All deals you have created as a seller
- Bookings - All your booking history
- Favorites - Your saved favorite deals
- Uploaded Files - All images you have uploaded
- Account Credentials - Your login information
- Session Data - All active sessions will be terminated

Please include your registered email address or phone number in your deletion request. We will process your request within 7 business days.
Data Retention After Deletion
Once your account is deleted, your personal data will be removed from our systems immediately. However, some anonymized data may be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or analytical purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
